After losing out on the refinery, bongolala, who think Dangote has endless money, hope he can do something.. anything in their country.
Geza Ulole and President of China can rest assured that Dangote is all into oil, and he is keen to dominate Kenya and East Africa before he gets too old. That will take priority.

We have over 50 buildings under construction in Eastleigh, Nairobi... that are taller than this "jengo refu". None of them government affordable housing.
