sababu arable land ya Kenya(20%), ni kubwa kuliko arable land za Rwanda and Burundi combined, lakini wanazalisha chakula cha ziada, Kenya lazima mzipitie upya sera na sheria za umiliki wa ardhi, vinginevyo hii aibu ya kuomba chakula kila mwaka haitokwisha
