In Kenya only 30% are classified as Community Health Centers.

There is no difference between the two classifications, you illiterate morons.
For example, we have classified our hospitals from Levels 1-6 and you have not.

The only difference between Bongolala and Kenya is that while Kenya was investing in proper hospitals, Bongolala went all in on zahanatis and other village facilities built in the usual Tandale slum architecture.

But it's impossible driving this point home to uneducated watchmen who degenerate to counting blue glass buildings.
