All the apartments you see in Nairobi have toilets and running water in them. Dar sewer system ni shida maeneo mengi. Only about 10% of Dar population have access to sewer system. Nyumba zenu hazina toilets ndani. You have pit latrines that are shared by several households.
Of course there are plenty of spaces here. How can you convince a bongolala otherwise here?
