Sarit center built in early 80s was the First enclosed mall in East and Central Africa… that’s a fact ( I dare any Bongolala to dispute it).. At that time Dar was an Uswazi fishing village.. ( No Bank of TZ twin short towers, No 3 blue towers, No Stadium)..🤣🤣🤣
