Nakuru is sleeping in terms of development compared to other cities, I don't know what might be the reason.

Currently the only major project going on in Nakuru is the 20+ floor tower, bahati affordable housing and Afraha stadium nothing much, Could be effects of the current county government frustrating investors...let's hope for the change of the current county government and the completion of the new rironi mau summit Expressway that is going to bypass the city which might bring back and boost investor confidence.

Wah! Eldoret imenishtua. It's been awhile since I went there. I think the middle-class population is much higher there compared to Nakuru and Kisumu going by the number of malls under construction in Eldoret. If it keeps this momentum in the next five years, then itakuwa mbali sana

I would have never have imagined that I would one day marvel at this kind of architecture in Eldoret ...yes, the next five years will be interesting...
