When it comes to the number of construction sites that are currently ongoing this is how I personally rank them based on my opinion;
1. Nairobi.
2.Mombasa.
3.kisumu/Eldoret
4.Nakuru
There So many malls and estates 9
coming up in Eldoret, and if the pace continues hata there beloved Dar itakua lip frogged na Eldoret when it comes to the number of malls...

Wah! Eldoret imenishtua. It's been awhile since I went there. I think the middle-class population is much higher there compared to Nakuru and Kisumu going by the number of malls under construction in Eldoret. If it keeps this momentum in the next five years, then itakuwa mbali sana
