so u mean if our SGR is to be linked to DRC n Burundi i.e. currently U/C will not be lnked to Duala? BTW i don't see much a dfference btn Luanda n Lobito ports n Duala!Logistics shows that Port Douala is more closer to the markets of North America and Europe than Angola ( unless your focus is South America). I am sorry the Geography is not on your side .
