SGR ambayo mulijenga phase moja kwa miaka kumi, hadi wa leo hata connection to the port bado haijaisha. 😂 😂 😂 Stop joking, tutaanza phase 3 tumalize kama bado hio yenu haijaisha. Mark my words.

First of all seems like you think its about the continuous length of 750km… you’re missing the point- it’s about upgrading a whole 750km murram road to tarmac… kenya has more bitumen standard road network than Tanzania to begin with, now we adding more each day.
