I have reliable sources that Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg want to come to Kenya 🇰🇪 so bad but they are nervous about power reliability. The government I am sure is aware of it and we need like 5000 more Megawatts to satisfy Musk and Zuckerberg. They value the highly educated skills of Kenyan labor force. Zuckerberg in particular believes in Silicon Savana concept and that got Musk interested. Time will tell ..

The government is investing heavily on transmission infrastructure, once that is done. I'm sure the next step will be on generation. The goal is 10,000 MW for a start.
