Engare Nairobi (Enkare Nyrobi=place of cool waters) is a Maasai name has a meaning n was way before Nairobi was established. Ur Nairobi started later on after the construction of the Rail to Uganda! So u have no basis ati Engare Nairobi name was copied from ur Nairobi! Mind u all Maasai in EA come to Arusha for possession and passing of age! Arusha esp. Mt Ol Donyo Lengai (Mountain of God) is the mother of all sacred place for all the Maa communities under the sun! FYI The place was called Enkare Nairobi long before the railway station was established.
