With the affordable housing at Makongeni and Jogoo Rd Phase1, jogoo rd will attract alot of private investors investors who will transform that whole strech from Stadi to Doni interchange. I hope they will redo the road to match the new surroundings.Eastlands is now getting proper residential buildings.
