The scary part is they are selling out quick some even before the foundation stone is laid .. Kenya kuna pesa …and this boom is spreading in other parts of the country. Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret are leading the charge.It is time something is checked. I have counted about 200 highrise projects above 20 floor in only 4 Nairobi districts, Westlands, Upperhill, Kileleshwa, Parklands. I have realized that other Districts like Riverside are starting to get such. South C has over 20!!! What is happening 🥺🥺🥺🥺
