People can always settle matters out of court na inakubalika, sio kila kitu inahatiji government intervention. Kwani hao Americans unadhani ni demigods ama? Nishawai kuona a video ya an American akipigwa in a foreign land and their government did nothing, so hakuna kitu cha kushangaza hapo.

Let's take these facts into consideration, a Kenyan dude in his country has no right to defend himself while a Chinese asshole in a foreign land has more rights to take matters in his hands, to do whatever he wants.

Does that make sense to you?

If the roles were reversed, the Kenyan dude would face maximum repercussions, in China. The fact that a foreigner can do that comfortably, speaks volumes.

You are making an ant hill outta mole hole . Based on the video… Firstly, do you know what transpired prior to this and secondly it’s just a very short encounter with some silly childish kick with no injuries . It’s not like the Chinese dude kungfu kicked the Kenyan in a Jackie Chan style. This nothing serious to raise havoc about. And to answer your earlier question even in the United States nobody would care unless it’s reported that Chinese dude is an ilegal alien otherwise no damage done .

The guy is clearly assaulting the poor fellow, on camera, and you here, saying no damage done? No where in the states an employer can do that and get away with it. That'd be a huge lawsuit.
