Bongolala did you say Kila kitu CBD? Is Westlands, Kilimani, Parklands, Kileleshwa, Eastleigh, South C and many other places part of CBD?

Are you aware that in Westlands alone, there are over 20 buildings currently under construction/approved over 20 floors? (Majority are actually twin towers of 25 floors and above)

Hapo sijataja Upper Hill, Kilimani na maeneno mengine. Nairobi is literally a construction site of highrises.

Show me anywhere in Dar with green nets everywhere like this picture of Nairobi below tuone.

All those places are within a radius of 5km essentially part of CBD
