These are Kenyans 100%. Born and raised. Kama inawauma sana mezeni wembe.
The whole of Mandera county and Garissa county are made up somalis. Ni kama kusema wamaasai wa northern Tanzania are not Tanzanians because there are Maasais in Kenya on the other side of the border or the Luos of Utegi and Shirati are not Tanzanians because there are Luos in Kenya when it's only an imaginary boundary that separates them. Is that how you want us to reason?
