Uganda is the most like candidate as far as doubling GDP is concerned! But Tanzania will not be left behing if LNG Terminal is to be built that will be a whooping $30+ bln worthy of investment! Mind u the Chinese have availed funds for TAZARA rehabilitation!

at the moment Uganda is the only one that can take the throne as biggest economy in east and central africa, in its budget the pipline will be financed 100% within its internal revenues and it took a big cut of the budget, once it completes , then nothing left for kenya however the money will be shared with tanzania as the pipeline 90% passes through tanzania, adding to other projects like connecting all east and central africa countries via sgr then tz is a strong candidate, how it will play out we are yet to see but uganda seems more likely to be the strongest economy ahead
