Hizi data umefika wakati tuwe tunazotumia kwa akili, kila mtu anajua, healthcare in America only works for the rich. Hiyo mi dollar ni kwa sababu ya huduma kuwa over valued, sio kwa sababu wana huduma bora.

Ulaya nzima has better healthcare than American
China has better healthcare than America
Japan has better healthcare

And the list goes on.

This also applies to Kenya, their healthcare only works for the rich.....for the poor, wewe kauze figo yako!!!

In Tanzania we don't need those numbers, I have a health centre 3-5kms away from my home on all directions....they are all well equipped with Ambulance and all basic services....mpaka daktari wa meno..

Watoto wangu under 5 wanatibiwa bure.....and I take them to government hospitals because they are not profit driven....they do the work...

Wazazi wangu above 65 pia wanapata huduma bure..... it's the same story for them. Yani wanachagua wenyewe waende wapi.

Kwa hiyo msiongee kama vile sisi tuko stone age!! Kenya na Tanzania hakuna tofauti yoyote......

The biggest perk is that I get better services as a poor man in Tanzania than in Kenya.

Super rich hawaishi estate, wanamiliki estates wakundustan washamba kweli, kwenu kukaa kwenye nyumba yenye tiles na aluminum ni super lavishly lifestyle 😂😂😂 kama mnavyosemaga watanzania wanaoishi kwenye nyumba za aina hiyo ni Middle income earners 😂😂

Hizi ni apartments lakini hata super rich wenu hawawezi afford
