USA is a private driven economy with minimal government control or policies and it does not harbor protectionist policies. Protectionist policies does not imply that the government won't regulate the economy my friend...you need to study. You have got a lot to learn. USA is a land of diversity...they welcome smart minds from all over the world through initiatives such as green card. it has got almost all the tribes and races of the world, that is why they have the best economy in the world...cause u know what diversity is the greatest strong. You chase and limit foreigners from investing and participating in building Tanzania economy and lets see how far you will go
