Nairobi alone has:
JKIA- International Airport
Wilson Airport- Local Airstrip
Moi Airbase- Military Airport
Northlands Aerodome- Private airstrip
Tatu City- Airfield

Not to mention multiple helipads

In the case of emergencies, AMREF flying doctors can evacuate and land anywhere in Nairobi at any time
