Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

You are trying to sound intelligent and yet you can't hide the hideous fallacy in your brain.
An intellect would first acknowledge a problem and also commend a move forward, in that case i don't know if you have no idea about the proceedings at Kibera or better yet, you do know but you choose to ignore that fact,in itself being an utter diabolical act.
Besides, why would you decide to poke your nose anyway into Kibera yet Dar is wanting, having 90% unplanned/disorganised huts looking like makeshift houses...
So failing to do all that I'm afraid we'll have to consider you a dimwit
Tell me. Kitu gani kinakufanya useme Dar es salaam haipo planned?
Give me the master plan of Nairobi and I will give you Master plan of Dar es salaam as far as planning concerned.

we'll have to consider you a dimwit

Hebu soma hapa kidogo
Urban planning: is a technical and political process concerned with the development and use of land, planning permission, protection and use of the environment, public welfare, and the design of the urban environment, including air, water, and the infrastructure passing into and out of urban areas, such as transportation, communications, and distribution networks.

Urban planning is also referred to as urban and regional planning, regional planning, town planning, city planning, rural planning, urban development or some combination in various areas worldwide.

Go study Baltimore.. Delhi, Shanghai, Tokyo and Bangkok.. Then go back again and study Washington DC... (Capitol Hill and the surroundings..

If you are are upgrading squatters mmefika wapi?! Is kibera less of a squatter now than it was 10years ago?! Squarer has less to do with roads and highrise developments... Its about improving livelihoods... And let them upgrade their housing... .. If housing and better drains electricity plus wiiide nice roads were soln.. The US wudnt be complaining about Projects.. Failed concepts.. Now they are giving you money on loans to just go with failure again...

Good for you. Keep upgrading squatter buy putn roads and electricity for majority of dwellers who have no stable source of income.. Not sure about their tomorrow.. They will still turn it into make shift.. Rest asured

If we are still here trying to brag about how great Dar is, yet we have got clear satellite images i can access any time on my cell phone, then you are not ready to deal with the reality, and having said that, then you should proceed giving us "beautiful" images of Dar. You can ignore the true background, which is made up of houses built by mere individuals, just at the heart of the city. You know in the modern world, usually there's some little order to follow. There's a part designated purely for business, and another for industrial sector and other sectors for residential purposes.
Clearly, unless I'm myopic, y'all don't put that into consideration

Sasa planning inaanza na kujenga, jenga tu ovyo bila mpango?
Ndio maana Nairobi mmeshindwa kujenga BRT kwa sababu plan mbovu. Barabara hazina nafasi.
Planning inaanzia kwenye karatasi, baada ya hapo modeling finally implementation. Nairobi na Dar es salaam bado zipo kwenye process za kujengwa so; Master Plan Design lazima iwepo.
Nionesheni ya Nairobi nami nitawapatia ya Dar es salaam.
