Go study Baltimore.. Delhi, Shanghai, Tokyo and Bangkok.. Then go back again and study Washington DC... (Capitol Hill and the surroundings..

If you are are upgrading squatters mmefika wapi?! Is kibera less of a squatter now than it was 10years ago?! Squarer has less to do with roads and highrise developments... Its about improving livelihoods... And let them upgrade their housing... .. If housing and better drains electricity plus wiiide nice roads were soln.. The US wudnt be complaining about Projects.. Failed concepts.. Now they are giving you money on loans to just go with failure again...

In Dar squatter is not a big problem.. Our problem people are living in tradional planned areas.. Famously called unplanned areas.. So we are speaking of things...

People squat yes but not 1000000+ people .. You might find les than 100000in the whole country squat.. But majority lives in unplanned settlements

Just because streets are not straight or in radial pattern I'd doesn't mean its a squatter... are.. People use motocircles, bicycles and even walk to every home in dar..
