Ni Suala la hesabu tuu ,ukiweka ruzuku nafuu inakuaje vs kupunguza Kodi unapoteza kiasi gani Cha Mapato.

Huo Ufisadi unakuja wapi? Kila siku nawaambia humu kwamba Tanzania imeweka Kodi za kimkakati kwenye Mafuta na gesi eg Kodi za Fedha za kutengeneza Barabara,maji,umeme na Sgr.

Ndio maana ni Bora kwao kutoa ruzuku na sio kupunguza Kodi,ruzuku unatoa Kwa kipengele Fulani Fulani Cha production line.

Likoni is a floating pedestrian bridge not cable stayed …( only one of its kind in the region )..get that through your thick bongo skull first … secondly, the technology used to let the ships pass through is only in Kenya , nowhere else in this region… and lastly such floating bridges are found in first world countries… I know of one in Seattle, USA….
