The skyscraper boom of Dar between 2010 and 2020 is gone. It will take a couple of decades before they get another skyscraper.Out of these buildings, one is unoccupied. The building is fully dark as compared to others.
NDINDA thanks for this picture, I'll use it as a reference why no high-rises buildings aren't coming up in Dar is Slum. Tanzanian occupancy level is very low.
