So the inventing of AC induction motor and Polyphase systems for AC was not a significant milestone? Did it exist before Tesla invented it? People never knew of these things until they were invented by Tesla. It was Tesla who invented the concept of rotating magnetic field. The concept of rotating magnetic field was never used before Tesla. So to you, AC induction motors, Polyphase systems for AC and rotating magnetic fields were not new concepts?

Hapo ni kusema treni imetembea with average speed ya 100 -120 to cover a distance of 195km including stopping at all 5 stations in between.
Halafu gharama ya umeme to and fro ni USD 120 very cheap indeed compared to diesel poweref train.

Tesla's concept of the rotating magnetic field relied on the use of polyphase alternating current systems, where multiple alternating currents with a phase difference are used to create a rotating magnetic field. This was different from the single phase that was being used in DC generators to generate electricity at that time.

That is speculation.

Einstein revolutionalized our understanding of gravity by giving a more comprehensive understanding than Newton's law of Universal gravitation. You also called that a paradigm shift. Newtons law of Universal gravitation is also still used today despite Einstein's theory also existing.

Newton's law of universal gravitation is still used in the modern world in predicting motion of heavenly bodies, designing of spacecrafts and satellites and other aspects in engineering field.

Both are still used today, so your claims that a paradigm shift is only when the older way of thinking is done away with is misleading

AC induction motors are used in washing machines, refrigerators, pumps, EVs etc. If he had not invented the AC induction motor, we still probably would be using the DC induction motors. Or someone else could have invented it if he had not. But it is he who came up with the AC induction motor that was a completely new concept to us.

Our conversation seems to be going all over the place as if we're turning into a pseudepodium. We started arguing about the paradigm shift and whether Tesla revolutionized anything in the field of electromagnetism.

I'm talking about the science behind those motors, what makes them rotate by the act of a changing magnetic field? That concept, whether it applies to induction motors, Tesla coils or transformers, was not new and definitely was not invented by Tesla.
