this battle is continuous,it has got no end...for now it's not easy to determine the winner but i believe dar will win the battle b'se it has many projects on progress,some of them are near completion....for sure dar is changing very fast.

nairobi is not progressing,it's the same as it was 5 or 6 yrs ago...it's like they are satisfied with how it's now.the only project they keep telling us is pinnacle tower but hasn't started yet.
