Hii ata 10 years ni kidogo. Maybe 30 years na CCM ikue haiko madarakaniMnisaidie kutafuta gated estates in Dar maana mimi natafuta naona tu haya 😆😆😆😆😆. Hii ndio real estate mnajigamba mmeshinda nayo Nairobi? 😂😂😂😂. Nairobi tunawapea miaka kumi ili muweze kuifikia. Na hiyo ni kama Naironi itakuwa imelala hiyo miaka yote

Na hizo nimeweka hapo most of them ni outskirts za Nairobi in nearby counties. Sijaweka Nairobi areas like Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Upper Hill, Nyari, Kitusuru, Lavington , Muthaiga, Riverside, Karen, Parklands etc 😂😂😂Hii ata 10 years ni kidogo. Maybe 30 years na CCM ikue haiko madarakani
Did you take into account that Dar real estate is ahead of Nairobi by 3bn USD or you just sputtered egotistical rubbish here.Sometimes I think Bongolalas in this forum smoke some of that chronic shit…🤣…. When it comes to certain issues like bridges, stadiums etc… I can listen to them but Negros please…they need to stay off real estate …. Nairobi has no equal ukanda huu… and that’s a fact… they can take it ir leave it… and they half post that half baked 2017 world bank report yet they don’t update the whole story… I can if they want to… Nairobi is the king of East and Central Africa… period!
I believe in CAF and FIFA rankings maana hao ndio wenye dhamana ya football hao wengine ni vijitaasisi vya mchongo 😅
Kibera real estate imejengwa na materials gani 🤣🤣🤣Mnajenga vijumba viwili halafu mnaita hiyo Real Estate 😆😆😆
We can rest this case when another professional report comes out lakini sio kwasababu ya vipicha vyako vya upande upande.Eden Ville estate….. you cant even see the end… and it’s still expanding…. And View attachment 2759927It’s not even the biggest….this not somewhere in California… Can we please rest the real estate battle… it’s not even fair…🤣🤣🤣..
Ngoja nikusogezee hapa picha kwa kwa karibu zaidi utoe tongo tongo mzee .. 👇Either you are blind by choice ama wewe ni mwenda wazimu …😂🤣🤣….. if you zoom that Ugly looking Iyumbu development, this how those houses look like … even servant quarters za Kenya are way better…🤣🤣🤣View attachment 2760074

At least AICC ijenge pia Conference Centre moja ya kisasa Mwanza as Dodoma itakuwepo pia.DODOMA ndio inafanya vizur kwasasa lakini kuzipita Mwanza na Arusha nazo isn't a joke Bro. Mana Duh.!! Although govt City itachagiza ukuaji na uzuri zaidi wa DODOMA compared to all them Chuga and Mwanza. Anyways we are in right direction. We doing good..
Naona Mwanza pale inapita viaduct ya SGR pembeni wanapata fish market baabkubwa kabisa.
Picha tatu unazirudia rudia hizo hizo, unajaza server mzee.Naomba Mabongolala wote kwenye hii forum watuonyeshe estates kama hizi in Dar.
