You seem not to be getting the point. Nairobi has many highrise buildigs than Dar. You have not witnessed a lot of buildings collapse since highrise buildings are few in Dar. Kariakoo is only one area in Dar. It is the only dene area that has many apartments. Nowhere else in Dar. In Nairobi, apartments are everywhere ni nini huwlewi. Even Google Earth clearly shows that Dar's most buildings are stand alone single households while Nairobi ni apartments zimejaa. You cannot expect Dar buildings to collapse since they are low rise
