I don't know why most Kenyans have been braging about nonsenses all along up to now .

Given the fact that more than 80 percent of their country's native population can't even own a piece of land by the quater an acre in their own mother land.

I expected you Kenyans to strive hard to get rid off this miserable Chronic tyranny & poverty that most of you have been confined in , which have led you to live in slums like rats with spiteful non hygienic conditions like that

I'm not sure if the Colonial era land policy in Kenya has ever been amended ,the one which has been favouring few parasitic political figures & Oligarchs that resides within your borders eg.Kenyata family, Moi family ,Kibakis and others.

migogoro ya ardhi kwa tz inahusisha zaidi makundi ya wakulima na wafugaji au wanakijiji na mwekezaji.

ila kenya migogoro mingi ni kati ya mtu na mtu na mara nyingi huwa ni wanasiasa na watu wasio wanasiasa au wakenya matajiri dhidi ya wakenya masikini.

Congratulations for thinking that land disputes mean nobody owns Land in Kenya. In where I come from Rift Valley, land ownership by individuals I can say is almost at 100%..
Even Moi or whoever you're saying, have their own land legally, its just that they own a bigger portion, of which is allowed. Whatever you were made to believe that Kenyans don't own land, ole wako

That's why you hear of farmer's fertilizer being subsidised in Eldoret, Kericho, Mwea, Narok, Kisumu, basically just about all parts of Kenya.
The only place where land owners are fewer, is Nairobi. Why? Land is super expensive and not everyone can afford land.
But still, people buy to build either business/ commercial premises, plots to build rental houses or plots to build their oen houses, or buy a land in an estate which has a house already constructed.
If you need the evidence just look up the number of title deeds in the department of lands or visit Ardhi house.
I'm just wondering how it works in Tanzania now that land is owned by the government, how do you get land?? Can you buy land??
