You call that study?… a few weeks and attaining a certificate of achievement….🤣🤣….that’s a military exchange program.. I repeat, show me any Kenyan military graduate of advanced learning in your institution and then I will surrender….. you have no advanced military reasearch institutes… You go abroad for that…a university is a reasearch institute not just a place to study in class and attain a certificate….now you know…

Hahaha, Monduli military academy is the oldest and biggest in East and central Africa. Majority of African military Generals went through there. Kenya you have nothing to compare that's why KDF is the most useless army in Africa

I think you missed my point…. I was talking of rural counties that are hardly mentioned anywhere…. You are giving me here your second largest city…. I never mentioned Mombasa…. That’s the equivalent….. again am asking of the likes of Mara, Simiyu, Rukwa or Njombe… show a project from there…. You dwell too much on Dar, Mwanza, Arusha and Dodoma….
