Please explain to me in technical terms how JNIA can accommodate the A380 whereas JKIA cannot... we both know JKIA Runway is longer and wider so explain what you mean giving figures
Waulize walioileta Dar kwnn wasiilete huko kwenu kwenye shamba la bibi JKIA na wakati ndio ilikuwa karibu kuliko Dar.

By the way enjoy na mnyama Whale akitua kwenye uwanja mkubwa na wa kisasa zaidi East and Central Africa, JNIA

Yes. Fuatilia thread, boss, I posted the construction company jana jioni. I cannot spoonfeed you. Keep up. It's only the owners who are Chinese, but wajenzi ni wakenya
Mbwa wewe, peleka usenge wako huko kwenu, nyumba tu ya kawaida kujenga hamuwezi.

Nairobi Western Bypass pekee is a larger project than all 3 Dar BRT phases. Sijaweka Expressway because hio ni ligi tofauti.
Wewe ni taahira, BRT ni system sio just roads, hiyo western bypass ina kilometers ngapi? ina lanes ngapi? lanes za quality ipi? ina public buses ngapi? ina commuters terminals ngapi? ina commuters stations ngapi? ina sidewalks kilometers ngapi? ina cycling lanes kilometers ngapi? imetoa ajira ngapi after project completion? imechangia vipi kuondoa traffic congestion? imepunguza kiasi gani commuting time? how large the project serves city's residents?

What I mean is that there's a lot of lower-end construction going on. These collapses are likely where there's a lot of construction going on but poor regulation, which is something I conceded early in this conversation.

Anyway, here's Cairo:

You have just picked Egypt as your example out of many cities I have mentioned, but even Egypt, is like using example of few people who are poor in USA, Singapore and Japan just to justify pooverty in Kenya.

In every country there are building which collapse, what matters is the number of building per period. In Tanzani it is an average of one building per ten years, in Kenya it is almost one building per three months.

Dar Es Salaam is the fastest-growing in terms of population, my friend, not infrastructure. Which means that it is up to you to imagine where all these people will live... Meanwhile, when it comes to prime/luxury/high-end real estate:

Have you ever gone to University class?, do you know criteria used by UNDP to categories rate of growth of a City?. The value of real estate and infrastructure are the most important criteria used than even the population, otherwise cities in DRC would top the list.

Ruto; Kenya Hatutakopa 😁😁😁😁
