This is very good topic you have brought here, what do you think in your opinion, is this something that other east Africa countries should learn?, espicially Kenya where about 50% Of the budget is for salaries, 27% for development projects and 54% of GDP is debts.

Thing is, if this story gets to Rolls Royce then don't be surprised if he's given a job there or even a brand new Rolls. Yoi know he converted his car to a rolls not for sale but for his own that means he's into the car... Then he's creative enuf to do that in his garage
