construction of private houses in dar es salaam is causing the city to transform
very fast hence stimulate the growth and sustainability of construction sector.

apart from tall buildings,malls and apartments,new private houses are being built almost everyday while the older ones are renovated.

NB:
we use cement bricks not stones like kenya (many houses in nairobi are built with stone bricks).
