What you’re looking at is the price people pay for keeping incompetent leaders in office. A central business district should reflect economic prosperity and growth, but rot and decay are the only things Dar’s CBD is showing. There are no initiatives or policies to preserve historic buildings, improve the state of other buildings in the district and their surrounding infrastructure, or revitalize the district. It saddens me that nothing is being done; the area has great potential to the economy of the city. What a shame!

Sadly, It’s always been that way. That’s the “best” that Dar can offer. The CBD looks very cool from certain angles, but a close, detailed view is different.
