i think ni wakati Kenya tuanze pia ku boost cities kama Mombasa na Kisumu...mfano ukienda afrika kusini, wana cities kama 4 ivi ambazo ziko ligi ya Nairobi...Morocco pia wana cities kadhaa Rabat,Casablanca, Tangier

it doesn't come as a surprise that Dar and Mombasa city have almost the same GDP and dollar millionaires. I know Tanzanians will oppose this bitter truth
 
Mombasa is really growing. ....kwanza there are massive high rise apartments on your way to shanzu and mtwapa.Mombasa and Dar are very much at par

In fact those projects are the ones that makes me think Dar should take care. Mombasa is on a very dangerous trajectory. Have you heard of the International Mall under construction in Mombasa? A few Miles from SGR station? Dozens of High rise apartments especially in Kizingo, commercial blocks and hotels. Remember Mombasa has three mega road projects that even Nairobi has not seen before. Things are bright for Mombasa.
