ours is very unique,they reclaimed a very big potion of land from the sea by filling it with sand....never been done in any country in east, central and south africa except tanzania.

All our ports at the Coast of Kenya are build on reclaimed land. Lamu Port is being built on artificial Island created through reclamation. SGR Port South of Mombasa was build on reclaimed land! Reclaiming land is not rocket science and not new in this part of Africa, Especially in Kenya!!
