The last time I checked Kenya was 94 and Tz 92...both belonging to the very same category...But as the saying goes even among the equals there are those who are more equal than others....Bottom line.. putting aside statistics and researches lets look at this thing with what is happening on the ground. Have you ever heard of people in Kenya being shot at because they have a different opinion like tundu lissu?
Or someone going to jail for posting that someone else is in hospital somewhere?

Have you forgotten the 2007 after election killings in Kunyaland? What was it all about if not political differences or what you call opinions? I was there and I witnessed that animosity. Again, in 2017 the electoral commission's ICT Officer/Director was also killed due to political differences. In fact, Kenya has more killings related to political differences since independence compared to Tanzania. (Your Mzee Jomo Kenyatta was strategically killed in Mombasa, Tom Mboya, Jaramog Oginga Odinga were also killed due to political differences and the list is endless)
