Hehehe how time flies, there was a time when Tanzania had the tallest building in East Africa. Right now hawako hata kwa top five tallest buildings in East Africa, soon watakosekana kwa top ten pia😂😂😂
And they were there for like three or four years maximum and the giant bounced back to take its rightful place.

Ni mapema kusema it's over, pres SSH Anahitaji sana wawekezaji so anything can happen at anytime... Dar ni busy city bruh don't underestimate dar...After Massive infra projects being devevoped by our late pres Hon JPM seems like there is A big room for developers tov
Good ones ila I think Dar's boom is over. Are there any new high rise projects in the pipeline in Dar?

I am not underestimating Dar in any way my brother. I know it's one of the fastest growing cities in the continent at the moment. Ila ukweli ni kwamba most high rise construction projects in Dar ni za serikali. Karibia majumba zote marefu Dar zinamilikiwa na serikali. Private investors ni wachache sana Dar which is a sharp contrast to Nairobi where major highrise projects are done by private developers.

The thing is, once the government has met its demand for office spaces and parastatal head office requirements, you will most likely notice a lull in construction boom. This explains why if you look at Nairobi skyline at the moment, utaona cranes in so many places, especially in Kilimani and Westlands. Hii ni kwa sababu almost all of these projects sio za serikali. I don't think this is the case with Dar kwa sasa. Talking of land being g expensive, do you how much it costs to buy a piece of land in Upper Hill? Kwa sasa, it's the most expensive address in EA. Land is damn expensive there

The same YouTuber ‘’SABBATICAL’’ visited DAR,NAIROBI and KAMPALA .Here is his candid conclusion!!NAIROBI is bigger, capitalistic, richer than Dar and Kampala!!View attachment 1850716View attachment 1850717View attachment 1850718View attachment 1850719View attachment 1850720View attachment 1850721View attachment 1850722View attachment 1850723View attachment 1850724
If your keen enough first understand this term "slightly"
That means there is no a huge Gap as you always forcing us to beleave That your city cannot be compared to Dar ....Slightly richer is very usefull term when your trying to compare NBO vs Dar and Yes I can agree with his views as well
