it is true that most tanzanians don`t know english but this should not be confused with the level of understanding and awareness. i can see some kenyans insulting us as dumb and stupid because we don`t know english. english is just a language like kijaruo so there is nothing wrong with not to understand it. by the way the same applies to you a couple of kenyans don`t understand english nor kiswahili making us far better off than them. those who pretend to know english speak a terrible ruo and kikuyu accent anyway.

If you check the world record about IQ, you will be surprised to see that most of the leading countries in the list are non English speaking! This proves that English has nothing to do with one's understanding and awareness!

BTW, In 2006, both tz and Ke had the same level of IQ, this is another proof to show that their English is nothing! However recent records show a little variation!
