I even calculated a 1bil usd dollar plan 10years plan to revamp this stagnant industry..
We need 5football stadiums (500 mil usd enough)
2 over 60k capacity Dodoma, Mwanza
3 40k capacity -Mbeya , Arusha, Zanzibar
8 -10 Indoor Stadiums ( 250mil enough)
20k Capacity 2 - Dar, Mwanza
10k Capacity 3 - Znz(tourism spot), any other cities
5k cap -3-5any other towns
Training grounds and other facilities plus gyms etc (10mil usd) for the stadiums above..@ stadium may need 2 training grounds making a total of 10 grounds for football and 20 for indoor stadiums
Academy for Soccer, Basketball, Volley ball , Netball , indoor games like chess + equipments + hostels ..every region in Tz needs one so roughly is around 40 in number (40mil usd )
Train coaches.Makocha kumi kwa kila academy means 400 coaches ..should not exceed 1 mil usd coaches will oversee sports and regional games at schools and pick students who excel in games and train them kwenye academies of their respective regions
Expo centre/Exhibition (15k capacity)and New Conference centre (5000 capacity) (150mil usd ) ili uweze ku host big events like expos , music events etc
Might have exaggerated price but i think its fair deal
