Kenyans are past minding plates s£xiness: look at Britain, japan, south africa.. However, plans are underway to introduce new plates with chips to be easily traced and for fast identification.
However, it will cost you 1 million kenya shillings for a custom plate, i wonder how much it costs in Tz
