lazima uwe mtu wa kusafiri kutoka jiji hili na lile ili upate kuelewa. na pia kama unajua kuhusu Rural to Urban migration, itakuwa rahisi kwako kuelewa. otherwise nyumba Nairobi zinajengwa kama estates.... au 'dormitory' pia ukipenda... kisha atakayekuja kupanga atapanga... na atakaye ridhika kununua kabisa pia anaruhusiwa na anapewa kila kitu mpaka title deed.
same pia happens in residential towers... you are allowed to rent or buy one unit katika hio tower
