KADODA, being a well travelled person as you claim, i didn't expect such from you. Lying to your fellow countrymen that kenyans don't own their own homes when most of the average nairobi middle class owns a house.kutokana na uhaba wa ardhi, wakazi wengi wa nairobi hawamiliki nyumba zao binafsi.asilimia kubwa ni wapangaji walio-rent nyumba zinazomilikiwa na kikundi kidogo cha wakenya toka kabila la Kikuyu.that being said,i present to you a sample of random photos showing private houses owned by the common citizens of dar es salaam.![]()

Just out of concern, do you think your government is right destroying people's business premises and houses without notice in the name of making way for a new road? However much the land belongs to the government, there should be policies and procedures of taking down buildings. Someone dismiss my claimHizo high way za thika zisikuchanganye pata hiyo itakuwa hadi na road toll mbili.Watu kaisha anza bomolewa nyumba Huyo ndo MagufuriView attachment 526224

Well if nobody told you when you came to ke ya(if youve ever been in Nairobi) mostly real Estate dealers build houses in a plot and sell them to clients. Usually the entire units up for grabs are sold out just as the renders and costs are out(even before they are built)
Secondly, individual take mortgages to build. So much that banks in kenya are ever ready with to receive mortgage requests every day and are encouraging kenyans to take them. The real estate has also grown drastically with the rising middle class such that earlier on it was listed at the Nairobi Securities Exchange. So fellow Tanzanians, don't be lied to by someone like Kadoda11 who is persuing his own selfish interests and before you believe everything you are given, have a moment to think. That is a God given ability that won't cost you a penny.
