Ya the man has one of the best results for his LLB at UDSM, he graduated at Harvard with a distinction and I know cause I went to Harvard and as a Tanzanian that's an accomplishment. Check the Harvard alumni for further facts

I believe the issue like Mwanakijiji has said is not the fact that chenge has so much money..(actually i support Tanzanians acquiring such wealth)...the problem is the time frame of the funds entering his account. maybe he did sell cows,who knows

..eeerr, mmmmh, may be he unplugged a pair of horns from a golden cow below, and may be he singled a hind leg (seem souped up enough 😉 ) and one front hoof and headed to Europe where he successfully sold the articles on Jersey Commodity Stock Markets.....likewise, who knows....
