Kampuni ya ndege ya Precision Air kuongeza safari za ndege zake

Kampuni ya ndege ya Precision Air imesema itaongeza safari za ndege zake kutokana kuwepo kwa ndege mpya aina ya Boing 737 Dashj 300 iliyokodishwa kutoka nchini Ireland na kuanza kutoa huduma zake hapa nchini.

Meneja ubora na usafiri kutoka shirika hilo Bw. Allen Sharra amesema kwa sasa ushindani katika sekta ya usafiri wa anga umekuwa mkubwa, na kinachotakiwa ni kutoa huduma bora kwa wateja na kuhakikisha wanajipanga vema kukabiliana na ushindani.

Kwa sasa shirika hilo lina jumla ya ndege 9 zinazotoa huduma katika mikoa mbalimbali hapa nchini, na kuongeza kuwa ujio wa ndege hiyo utaongeza safari za shirika hilo katika nchi za Rwanda, Angola, Lubumbash, na Johannesburg.

Nawapa pongezi sana lakini wasiwasi wangu ni umri wa hiyo ndege na matengenezo yake yako vipi? Nawaomba maofisa wa TCAA waifanyie uchunguzi ndege hiyo kabla haijatua bongo. Ni ndege kubwa kwa safari za medium range kama south na Dubai. Keep it up precision.

Huyu mchaga wa watu kajitutumua na kuendesha shirika la ndege. Huyu ni mtanzania halali kabisa. Sasa wewe ndugu unasema tuwe na moyo wa utaifa, wakati ni serikali ndio kilibeep kuibinafsisha ATC, wakaiua ATC wenyeeeeeeeeewee, sasa alalamikiwe nani..?? ATC imeanza kufufuka, ila bado huduma mbovu. Ma-air hostess hawana adabu kwa abiria, wanavaa mashati yamepauka na kuchakaa, wazee kibao..!! ATC inalelewa na swala la kuwa na boeing pamoja na rubani bora i.e. Captain Mazulla. Otherwise, huduma za ndani ni mgogoro..!! Cha muhimu ni ushindani uendelee ili hawa watu wawe na discipline kwenye biashara.

Ila pamoja na kuitetea PW (PW ni code ya precisionair), ukweli ni kuwa, nao wawe serious katika kuajiri marubani. Wameajiri vitoto vidogo, vibrazameni yaani ni kasheshe tupu mtu ukiwa angani. Yaani kama una roho ya mshtuko, unaweza wahishwa ICU ukishatua. Manake ndege inacheza sebene wakati wa kutua, mpaka unahisi utumbo unachomoka. Na hii si swala la udogo wa ndege, bali ni uwezo mdogo wa pilot. Hii imethibitishwa na wataalamu kadhaa wa anga, ambao wamecomment kuhusiana na huu uvamizi wa mabrazameni wa PW. Hapo kwa kweli, hata mimi naunga mkono mamlaka za anga kufuatilia kwa ukaribu huduma za anga.

Hayo ni maoni yangu..!!

Katika kuongezea swala la upanuzi wa safari za anga, mimi nafikiri serikali nayo iplay part katika kuboresha viwanja vya ndege. Mimi naishangaa sana serikali inapokimbilia kuongeza viwanja katika miji ya Dar na Arusha, wakati kuna mikoa ya kibiashara kama Kigoma, haina kiwanja cha maana. Nenda viwanja kama Tabora, Zanzibar n.k. Ni viwanja bomu kabisa, yaani hakuna uhakika wa ndege kutua salama. Kwa hiyo ndugu, hata hao wamiliki wa makampuni ya ndege, pia wanapenda mali zao, hawapendi kusikia kila siku ndege zinaharibika matairi, mara wameshindwa kutua (na kwa hili lawama siku zote ni kwa wenye ndege na si serikali wanaopaswa kuboresha viwanja) n.k. So, wageukie wizara ya miundombinu ili waache kukalia "vijisenti" na badala yake waboreshe viwanja.

Watanzania tuna moyo wa Kitanzania na tunaupenda utaifa wetu.
Nimekua nikitembea na ndege za ATAC kwa mtazamo huo huo wa kuchangia uchumi wa serikali.
Kuna habari ya kusitisha kwa shirika letu hilo, kwani sina uhakika kama linazalisha kwa watanzania ama kwa ajili ya kikundi fulani. Kuna kipindi fulani niltafuta nafasi ya ku-fly na nikakosa hata business class kulikuwa kumejaa (hiyo ni habari njema). Lakini siku moja katika safari zangu nilikutana na habari iliyonishtua katika INFLIGHT MAGAZINE ya ATCL. Ndugu Mattaka alieleza ya kuwa kwa sasa shirika linaendelea vizuri kwa kuwa wamefanikiwa kushusha hasara kutoka $1,000,000 mpaka $200,000 kwa mwezi. Sijui hiyo mishahara ya wafanyakazi inatoka wapi?

...Sasa ni nani atakayekuja na kuwaamini watendaji wetu kuwa Soko la Mwanjelwa vitapimwa viwanja na kujengwa soko la kisasa kama serikali ilitoa mamilioni ya fedha tele kwa ajili ya mradi wa upimaji wa viwanja vipya, lakini wameshindwa.

Ndiyo maana nasema hivi kama kweli tunataka kuondokana na ubabaishaji huo ni vyema wafanyabiashara wa Mwanjelwa wakagawiwa viwanja kwenye eneo la Uwanja wa Ndege wa Mbeya kwa

Eneo hilo la uwanja ndilo eneo pekee kwa jiji la Mbeya ambalo halifai kwa matumizi ya ndege na halina hadhi kwa kuwa sifa zote za uwanja huo zimeharibiwa na udhibiti mdogo wa watendaji ambao hawakuwa tayari kuzuia ujenzi holela jirani na kiwanja hicho.
halafu hivi karibuni ajali nyingi za ndege nazo zimekuwa zinatokea huko mbeya, kulikoni?

Precision air hongereni, ndio ushindani wa kibiashara huo, tulitetea sana uzalendo lakini huduma za mashirika yetu ya umma ndio hivyo tena, zinafaidisha wachache mpaka zote zinakuwa mufilisi. mfano; KAMATA (RIP) ilishindwaje ushindani wakati Scandinavia, Abood Bus, Kilimanjaro Bus et al wanaendelea?, UDA nayo ndio hivyo tena, nionapo basi basi lao mara moja moja (hasa njia yangu ya tegeta) roho inanipasuka nikukumbukia enzi zao walizokuwa wanatamba na ma Ikarus...,

Enzi zile za kubembeleza ticket ATC, au kufika mpaka A'port na kukuta ndege imejaa zimekwisha sasa, sawa na zile enzi za kupanga foleni Umoja wa vijana kupata ticketi za kwenda Zenj kwa Mv Maendeleo/Mv Mapinduzi. Ushindani wa kibiashara unaotoa unafuu kwa usafiri wa mwananchi naukaribisha kwa mikono miwili.

Duh walau precision wanatutoa aibu tulionayo ktk maswala ya ndege za anagni.ukiachia mbali mashirika yaliodumu kwa takribani mwezi mmoja, tukasikia oooh community tukasema nasisi wakina yakhe tutapanda kabla hatujafa. kumbe ilikua ndoto. kunani pale???????au ni wazee wa vijisenti wamekimbia???????????????

Yeah katika suala la midege wenzetu wa PA wamejitahidi lakini inabidi waanze zoezi la kuimprove customer care na quality services especially linapokuja suala la Air ticketing yamejitokeza matatizo sana kwa baadhi ya abiria anafika uwanja wa ndege on time halafu unaambiwa subiri mpaka saa fulani wenzetu ATC ndio kabisaaa. Halafu hao ma Air host na mahostess suala la ngeli ni tatizo kubwa sana pamoja na mapozi.Mimi ni hayo machache ambayo nimeyaobserve . Kwa hayo machache hongera sana ndg Michael Shirima na Alfonse Kioko kwa kuiendesha vizuri PA kwa kweli management ni nzuri sana.

Mara ya mwisho niliposafiri na Precision Air, 2007, mlango wa choo ulikuwa ni mbovu, sinki lilikuwa bovu, choo kichafu. Kwa kweli ilikuwa ni aibu na kile choo hakikuwa na tofauti na cha uswahilini. Kwa wale waliokuwa wamehamia kutokea ndege za mashirika mengine (connection) nafikiri walipata cha kuandika kama mimi.

Upanukaji wao unatakiwa uendane sambamba na uboreshaji wa huduma.

Mattaka ameahidi kuwa ATC itaweza kuanza kupata faida baada ya miaka mitatu ijayo.
Sijui hali ingekuwaje kama wale jamaa waliojiita Community wasingechomoka! Maana tayari gharama ya usafiri ilishashuka hadi nusu ya ile ya mwanzo. Na mtu hawezi kushusha bei tu hata kama hapati faida. Lazima kulikuwa na maslahi kwa nauli zile. Kilichonishangaza ni baada ya community kutimka, atac wakapaa na bei zao za zamani (Faida tupu). Leo hii tunasikia habari za hasara ...... OOOVYOOOO!!!!
