from few I know flexibility means to change according to the need of the current situation and circumstances and be creative involves manipulation of tactics,techniques and methodologies ,the use of teaching aids, to be more psychological etc to your learners. Anyway , let you train me ,what you could do these teachers?

Pole 'dreamboy' umeandika sawa sawa na mawazo yangu, na mimi vivyo hivyo nafundisha kiingereza (sekondari) hapa tz lakini kinachonikera zaidi ni kuona hata baadhi ya mitihani ya 'mock' ama 'zonal exams' inatungwa na watu wasio na weledi wa kiingereza na unakuta kuna makosa kibao ya kisarufi na majibu yamekosewa kwenye 'marking scheme'. Lakini naomba kuwauliza walimu wenzangu, vipi huko mliko bado mnaletewa 'teacher guide book'?

Mimi ni mwalimu ambaye ninafundisha lugha hii muhimu ya biashara,utawala na diplomasia ktk mojawapo ya shule ya sekondari nchini.
Kwanini nimekuja na bandiko hili, ukweli ni kuwa pamoja na ualimu kuwa kazi yenye maslahi hafifu bado ni kazi muhimu kwa mno; Mimi ni Mkuu wa idara ya somo hili hapa yanayonikuta mpaka najuta ni haya ; Walimu wezangu under my department are very poor in speaking ,hebu fikiria Mwl.hawezi maliza dakika tatu akiwa anazungumza kiingereza halafu tunahimiza watoto wazungumze English from morning to departure time,to be honest this a joke. Halafu Mkuu wa idara unasimama unasisitiza wanafunzi wazungumze English kwa motisha na mikwara kibao.
Toka nimeajiriwa sijawahi kumsikia Mkuu wa shule akiwahutubia wanafunzi kwa lugha hii which means naye inamtatiza.. ukienda madarasa ni ukarimani ndo unaendelea , sasa najiuliza how will I fulfill the desired out comes Kama sio kunichafulia CV . Na nyinyi colleges and universities mnawezaje kumqualify mtu asiyeweza kuongea lugha Fulani akawe Mwl.wa lugha hiyo.? Ushauri: Tufundishe kwa lugha yetu ya kiswahili na English iwe optional subject kuliko haya maigizo yanayoendelea huku kwenye field.
