People! ,lets us be honest!,In TZ we have a lot of problems but we have limited resources(im not talking about Tanzanite and Vyura wa kihansi here) .This is a reality ,In DAr our roads are few,There are a lot of Cars and The population is huge, what do we want the prime minister to do at that particular time, leave the situation and pretend as if he doesn't see?,let the people be late at work everyday?,What is the cost of doing that?. Ofcourse it is obvious that something had to be done. You cannot call the decision made as a hurried decision,My self i regard that decision as a "stitch in time".
And the Prime minister went further to announce that those were just "temporary measures" ,a longterm solution is what the government is longing for.about accidents though no statistics have been provided so far as to what is the sole cause of those accidents, but accidents can be due to many reasons, bad driving habits, how vehicles are safe, how people adhere to traffic rules, unawareness of route change by some people(though you cannot credit it as a 100 percent a single reason).I think The Prime Minister was Right to try to find a solution to this Congestion problem(though temporarily at this time). But our focus should be what is their next plan to solve this problem, not to blame him on atleast for this deciosion he has taken till this moment.
