Wana ndugu, tangu Waziri Mkuu aje na utaratibu wa kubadili matumizi ya barabara ya Morogoro na nyingine ili kupunguza msongamano, upande mmoja imerahisisha watu kuingia na kutoka katikati ya jiji. Hata hivyo, matokeo yake hasi ni kuwa ajali za waenda kwa miguu zimeongezeka (kwa mujibu wa Kamanda Kombe). Watu wengi waliozoea kuvuka kwa kuangalia kushoto, kulia, tena kushoto, sasa wanajikuta wanakutana na magari toka kulia! Sasa, Waziri mkuu abebeshwe lawama za kuja uamuzi wa haraka bila kuangalia athari zake na bila ya kuwaandaa wananchi hasa watoto wa shule ambao huvuka barabara mara nyingi. Je, atakubali lawama?

Haya ndiyo mambo tunayoongelea kila siku, these people have unlimited power. Waziri Mkuu siyo mhandisi wa mabarara, kwanini alitoa hiyo amri? Huyu bwana mkubwa abebe lawama...huyu muheshimiwa alitakiwa awajibike kutokana na uamuzi wake usio na busara.

Kwanini wasiongeze njia nyingine kama suala ni njia tatu? Hivi ni nchi gani magari yanakwenda kinyume na muelekeo wa barbara bila kusababisha ajali?

Ni mpaka hapo watanzania watakapo anza kupiga kelele ndiyo haya mambo yatakwisha, la sivyo tutaendelea kuyaona kila siku.

...i cant believe Morroco kuelekea Mwenge still ni single lane...nimeshuka Dar juzi kwa kweli njaa ni kali sana unaiona mpaka kwenye sura za watu,sio kashfa ila ni ukweli jamani najua mtanivurumishia matusi tuu lakini mjini kunaonekana kuna njaa kali sana!

Navyojua kitu chochote kinachotaka kuanzishwa katika jamii lazima kwanza wazo hilo lipitishwe kwa wataalamu , wataalamu wachambue na watunga sera wakae pamoja kisha wafanye majaribio katika majaribio haya wahusishwe wahusika wakuu yaani jamii ambayo ndio itakuwa inatumia njia hiyo

katika majaribio hayo ambayo jamii itahusishwa pia waonyeshe kwa njia ya video au picha jinsi mradi fulani au jaribio lao litakavyokuwa na adhari kwa jamii husika hayo yote hayakufanyika wakati wa uanzishwaji wa barabara hiyo

mifano hiyo na mengine mengi lakini wataalamu wetu wako wapi waandike angalau makala katika magazeti au tovuti waueleze umah mambo yanavyotakiwa yawe ?

angalia hata mipango miji ilivyokaa halafu angalia chuo cha usanifu majengo pale UCLAS wanatoka wanafunzi wangapi kwa mwaka jiulize

Nigeshukuru kama kunamember wa JF na statistics za ajaali baadha ya kuintroduce 3 lanes. I recall figures as high as 8 in one day huko mwanzoni.

Kama walikuwa wanafanya majaribio nafikiri miezi 3 inatosha. Je, hiyo evaluation itafanyika lini? Kuhusu kupanua barabara hizo zitakuwa hadithi za magazetini mpaka na sisi tutazeeka. JK toka aingie madarakani hamna hata project mmoja aliyoikamilisha wakati barabara nyingi zilikuwa ziwezimekwishaisha tangu last year. Uwanja wa mpira JK mwenyewe mpaka alienda uwaalika Real Madrid kuja kufanya ufunguzi leo project hata hatuna uhakika kama itakwisha au wataamua kuanza kutumia uwanja kabla haujaisha kama tulivyokuwa tunafanya those days; Nakumbuka Jamuhuri Morogoro.

Wale mnaomlaumu Waziri Mkuu, mna lenu,,, maana nakumbuka waziri mkuu aliwa-task viongozi wa jiji la dar es salaam waje na shuluhisho la msongamano barabara. Na moja ya solution zao ni ya njia tatu wakati wa high traffic to one side...

Sasa Waziri Mkuu alaumiwe tu pale ambapo itagundulika kwamba viongozi wa Dar es Salaam walimwambia yafuatayo:-
1. Ili mpango huu uanze, elimu itolewe kwa wananchi kwa muda wa x days/weeks/month
2. Askari wa barabarani wapate trip kwenda nchi hapa africa au abroad waone system hiyo inavyotumika

3. TANROAD waandae barabara kwa system hiyo, yaani mabadiliko madogo.

4.SUMATRA iwaelimishe madereva...

Kama haya yalikuwepo na waziri mkuu akasema itekelezwe mara moja naomba mumlaumu otherwise mnamuonea......

People! ,lets us be honest!,In TZ we have a lot of problems but we have limited resources(im not talking about Tanzanite and Vyura wa kihansi here) .This is a reality ,In DAr our roads are few,There are a lot of Cars and The population is huge,what do we want the prime minister to do at that particular time, leave the situation and pretend as if he doesn't see?,let the people be late at work everyday?,What is the cost of doing that?. Ofcourse it is obvious that something had to be done.You cannot call the decision made as a hurried decision,My self i regard that decision as a "stitch in time".
And the Prime minister went further to announce that those were just "temporary measures" ,a longterm solution is what the government is longing for.about accidents though no statistics have been provided so far as to what is the sole cause of those accidents, but accidents can be due to many reasons,bad driving habits,how vehicles are safe, how people adhere to traffic rules, unawareness of route change by some people(though you cannot credit it as a 100 percent a single reason).I think The Prime Minister was Right to try to find a solution to this Congestion problem(though temporarily at this time).But our focus should be what is their next plan to solve this problem, not to blame him on atleast for this deciosion he has taken till this moment.

Huwezi kuamini siku niliyoona tangazo hilo ktk gazeti kitu cha kwanza kilichoniingia akilini kilikuwa hicho. Safety ya watembea kwa mguu!
Hotuba nzima ilikuwa imelenga kitu kimoja tu traffic jam bila kufikiria waenda kwa mguu kisha nikasema aaah Bongo tofauti na Ulaya, sheria huwa ni ya mwenye gari siku zote kwa hiyo watu wamezoea kutazama magari badala ya taa ama sheria za barabarani!.

Kumbe imetokea kweli?.. sasa hapa wananchi ndio mjuwe viongozi wetu wanavyorukia mambo bila kufanya uchunguzi na maandalizi ya kutosha kabla hawajapitisha sheria. Na kama kweli vifo ni vingi mimi nadhani ipo kila haja ya hizo familia kuishtaki serikali yetu kwa kusababisha vifo!..
Public safety inatangulia mnyororo wa magari!..na kama sheria hiyo ilipitishwa bila kuwepo utaratibu wa kisheria kuwalinda waenda kwa mguu nadhani Waziri mkuu lazima awajibishwe kama alivyofanya yeye kwa wale waliojenga majumba mabovu!

Ni hivi, watu walizoe kwenye double road (two lanes in each direction) kwamba katika kuvuka (first two lanes) unaangalia upande mmoja tu, sio pande zote mbili, sasa ukishamaliza zile mbili za kwanza, ukienda upande mwingine unaangalia upande mwingine...ambao usio ule wa mwanzo, sasa issue inakuwa ukitumia barabara tatu... lanes mbili za kwanza sema ni zinafuata magari yote yanaenda upande mmoja (one direction); lakini ukienda kwenye lanes nyingine za pili pale magari yanaenda (two, oposites directions)... so ni tofauti na mazoea yetu... si unajua kichwa kinamambo kinacrem na kufanya kazi kama roboti... sasa hapo ndio ajali zinapotokea...

Hope nimeelewesha kama sio nimekuchanganyi zaidi...

Drivers wanaotumia njia ya tatu wakielekea mjini wanakuwa
wame occupy space ya njia mojawapo ya huo upande.
Mwenda kwa miguu/muendesha baiskeli anataka kuvuka barabara
kutoka upande aliopo ambao barabara moja imekuwa occupied.
Akiangalia anaona hakuna gari, kumbe lipo kutokea upande walio
halalisha, akifika half-way, ghafla anajikuta uso kwa uso na gari. Wiki iliyopita, kwa muda wa saa moja nililokuwa barabarani naendesha watu watatu wamejikuta uso kwa uso na magari
inabidi break zinafungiwa miguuni kabisa!
Unapovuka, unakimbia au kuharakisha uwahi kupita, kumbe upande wa pili kuna gari liko speed linakuja hujui!
Hatari iliyoje hii?
Mwanagenzi, inaelekea hutoki nyumbani mapema. Pita kuanzia saa 12.30am uone matatizo ya njia 3! Kwa waendeshaji na waenda kwa miguu/baiskeli pia.
Guess the thing should come to an end now!
Wengi wanapoteza maisha/wanaumia sana.

Uko sawa kwa kusema ni tofauti na MAZOEA ya waenda kwa miguu.hao nao wana tatizo maana hata pale Manzese palipokuwa na kivuko cha juu waliendelea kuvuka kama walivyozoea na wakaendelea kugongwa hadi wahusika walipoamua kuweka uzio imara kuwalazimisha watembea kwa miguu watumie kivuko chao cha juu.
Huko wanakogongoewa waenda kwa miguu pana kivuko, au ndo hayo ya kuvuka popote?
