Meli ya MV Skagit yazama

Juzi kuamkia jana kuna meli ilizima Nungwi nafikiria ni hiyo Seagul hii ya leo ni nyingine. Nakumbuka kulikuwa na mpango wa kujenga daraja.
 
Wakuu mtu ni lazima ajiuzulu huko SUMATRA. Hali ya hewa ilishatangazwa kuwa leo kutakuwa na upepo mkali sana hasa baharini.Na mtakubaliana na mimi kuwa leo kuanzia asubuhi hadi mchana kulikuwa na upepo mkali sana na nilikuwa maeneo ofisi moja huko mikocheni ya jirani na mwenge na upepoo ulikuwa mkali kiasi kwamba umebomoa milango hii ya partition (vioo). Sasa kweli kama hali hii ilishatangazwa na mamlaka ya hali ya hewa je hawa SUMATRA wamechukua hatua gani?

Tu wazembe mno kwa kuwa hatuna utamaduni wa kujiuzuliu au kuwajibishana pale makosa yanayoweza kuzuilika yanapotokea. Nchi gani hii jamani? Hebu tubadilike.

Nimeosoma post #1 ya hiyo link uliyoiweka hakuna sehemu yoyote ililyosema "(ambazo kulikua na serious concern over their safety standards)".

Nilichoona mimi zilisimamishwa kwa kuwa "They had operated between Seattle and Vashon Island until the state got out of the passenger-ferry business in 2009."

Naomba usome na post zingine basi, usiishie kwenye hiyo ya kwanza. the concerns were expressed by JF members after they had done a search on the two boats.

Hata hiyo post #1 inasema: They were supposed to go into service in 1989, but were tied up because there was no money to run them. Following the Loma Prieta earthquake of 1989, the two vessels were sent to San Francisco and served commuters crossing the bay while the city's bridges were repaired.

Zomba sio kwamba hiyo meli ilikuwa na shehena kubwa ya pombe na allah hapendi mambo ya kinywaji?
 
Pole kwa wafiwa na watanzania wote kwa ujumla.Picha ninayopata hapa tangu ajali za meli zilizotangulia(km MV Spice Islander) ni kwamba meli zinazo-operate kati ya Bara na Zanzibar, hazifanyiwi ukaguzi wa kutosha na SUMATRA. Na inapotokea ajali ndio SUMATRA hujitokeza na kuwa wakali lakni kiukweli hakuna ukaguzi, na hii inahatarisha maisha ya watanzania wengi tu.

SUMATRA isilaumiwe katika hili. Zanzibar ina mamlaka yao ambayo inahusika na usafiri wa majini na pia usajiri wa meli. Ilifanya hivyo ili kuwa na mamlaka binafsi kwa Zanzibar na kuepuka kuingiliwa katika masuala ambayo wao wanaona si ya Muungano. Kwa nini basi hatari inapojitokeza suala linabadilishwa na kuwa la Muungano? Mchumia janga hula na wa kwao!

mkuu hapa tungejiuliza mmasuali kidogo, mamalaka ya SUMATRa yanaanzia wwapi na yanaisihia wapi ? na mamlaka ya Marine ya zanzibar yanaanzia waapi na kuishia wapi ?

unataka watu waaamini kuwa mamlaka ya zanzibar hadi bandarini dar es salaam? mamlaka ya vyombo vyote vinavyohusiana na bahari vilivyoanzishwa zanzibar mwisho chmbe. sasa hii boti ilitokea dar es salaam chini ya mikono ya sumatra. na sumatra wana haki zote za kutekeleza majukumu hayo kwenye eneo lake ikiwemo usalama wa chombo chenyewe na abiria wake.

sasa tusubiri kujua tatizo lilikuwa ni nn ? na kwa vp sumatra wasihusike?

Nchi yetu inatisha sana vyombo vyote vya usafiri wa angani, barabara, majini na reli shaghala baghala. Hakuna hata taasisi za kufanya inspection katika vyombo hivyo vya usafiri ili kuhakikisha vina hadhi ya kutumika kusafirisha Watanzania toka point A kwenda point B. Serikali hii DHAIFU ipo ipo tu na haijali kabisa uhai na mali za Watanzania na hivyo ajali hizi za kutisha kutokea mara kwa mara

Ilikua na abiria 200 na juhudi za uokoaji zinaendelea na tayari baadhi ya watu wameokolewa wakiwa hai na wengine bado wanaelea wakiwa na maboya. Taarifa za vifo bado hazijathibitishwa japo ukweli ni kwamba vifo vipo. Meli hiyo imewahi kuripotiwa kuwa mbovu mara kadhaa.

pale nungwi pabaya sana pahala pale ,si upepo si shwari bali ile sehemu inatisha ,mbona kuna vijidau vidogo tu ,vinaondokea Pangani na kufikia mkokotoni Unguja ,na huchukua abiria kiasi chake ,ila huku Pangani inakuwa kama advanture ,na unapata kuonja joto la bahari. Kama hujawahi kusafiri na chombo cha bahari angalia hii filamu.



sail from tanga to zanzibar on a boat for $12 each with no electricy, life jackets, cell phones, medicine, no tickes or records and no engine. We relied on the wind. They said the journet is 6 hours but it took 11 hours. At first it was realy scary then as time went on it was ok. Dont do it. Here it is all caught on film to give you a glimp
