Hii timu kusema kweli Ole anaonewa tu, I'm contrary simtetei japokuwa uwezo wake ni average pamoja na bench lake zima kama nilipowahi kusema awali but we're crucifying the wrong guy here. Hata tulipokuwa tunamtimua Jose Mourinho alisema his biggest achievement was coming second with that Manchester United squad, people thought he was joking.
We have to accept the problem is not the managers but the board and structure of the club especially our football executive Ed Woodward huyu mtu yupo kipesa zaidi tena anatembelea brand iliyojengwa na David Gill tukiendelea kumuuacha naamini tutapoteana ndani ya mingi sana mbele. We have been with 5 different managers since Fergie left (David Moyes, Ryan Giggs, LVG, Jose Mourinho, and now Ole). Two of those managers, LVG and José Mourinho have won more than 50 trophies combined and when they came to United, they couldn't do much.
It's like meeting a woman who has been divorced 5 times over the past 6 years and thinking that the ex-husband were the problem. Then that woman thinks that when she gets to husband number 6, everything will be perfect and she will live happily ever after. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Manchester United board needs to look themselves in the mirror and self-evaluate. Even Sir Alex Ferguson ange-struggle with the current Manchester United squad. However, Fergie was ruthless and I don't think he would have played Rashford, Lingard, Young and Pogba consistently if they started to play like headless chickens. Ole, on the other hand, is too soft and I can't understand why Lingard, despite making so many silly mistakes, still gets a lot of playing minutes.
Unfortunately, even if Ole gets fired, there would still be the same problems at our team and the next manager will struggle too.
